On Day 1, your Semporna adventure begins as you arrive at Tawau Airport. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred directly to Semporna Town, a scenic journey of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach the town, proceed to check in at your chosen town hotel—either Wing Tat Hotel or The Cozy Cottage—where you will stay for the first two nights. After settling in, the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can take a leisurely stroll through the town, explore local shops and cafes, or simply rest and prepare for the exciting island hopping adventure awaiting you on Day 2. No meals are included on this day, giving you the freedom to sample local dining options at your leisure.

Day 2 is the highlight of your Semporna adventure—your island hopping day. Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your town hotel starting at 7:00 AM. At 8:00 AM, you will be picked up and transferred to Semporna Jetty for registration, with the boat departing at 8:30 AM. Your first stop is Timba-Timba Island, where you will dive into crystal-clear waters for your first snorkeling session amidst vibrant marine life. After working up an appetite, enjoy a lunch box served on the boat. The journey continues to Mataking Island, where you will have a second snorkeling session exploring colorful coral gardens. On the return trip, you will make a stop at postcard-perfect Pom Pom Island, where you can relax on white sandy beaches or take one last swim in the turquoise waters. Return to Semporna Jetty in the late afternoon, then transfer back to your town hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax or explore the town at your leisure. After breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred to the private jetty in Semporna. The boat departs at 9:30 AM for Kapalai Dive Resort, with the journey taking approximately 45 minutes to an hour, offering scenic views of the surrounding islands and turquoise waters. Upon arrival, you will have some time to settle in before lunch is served at 1:00 PM. Check-in to your overwater chalet begins at 2:30 PM. After settling into your accommodation, the rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can take advantage of the unguided snorkeling trip at the surrounding reefs—snorkeling equipment is provided—or simply relax on your private deck and soak in the stunning marine views. As evening approaches, dinner is served at 7:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal while surrounded by the tranquility of this iconic resort. After breakfast, you have some free time to savor the last moments of your overwater stay—whether it’s a final swim, a quiet stroll along the boardwalks, or simply relaxing on your private deck while taking in the stunning sea views. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, after which you will board the boat for the transfer back to Semporna Jetty. The boat departs at 11:00 AM, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Upon arrival at the jetty, you will be met and transferred directly to Tawau Airport for your departure flight, bringing your 4D3N Semporna adventure to a seamless close. Meals included today are breakfast only.
