- Booking, Payments & Pricing
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of cleared payment.
- Acceptance of Terms: By making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
- Deposit & Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance payment must be made by the deadline specified for each package. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Price Changes: All prices are subject to change prior to full payment due to fluctuations in airfares, taxes, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or government levies.
- Cancellations & Changes by the Client
- Notice Requirement: All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing to our Travel Consultant and may require supporting documents.
- Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation after deposit payment: Deposit forfeited
- Cancellation after full payment: 100% of the total payment forfeited, subject to supplier policies and reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or No-Show: 100% non-refundable
- Amendments: Changes to travel dates, names, or itineraries after confirmation are subject to administrative fees, supplier approval, and additional charges imposed by suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels).
- No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date will result in forfeiture of the entire tour cost.
- Cancellations & Changes by the Company
- Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend tours due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, government orders, or airline/cruise schedule changes. In such cases, any refunds are subject to the amounts recovered from suppliers. No further compensation shall be payable.
- Operational Changes: We reserve the right to amend itineraries, routes, accommodations, or carriers where necessary. Suitable alternatives of similar standard will be arranged. No refunds shall be provided for minor changes.
- Minimum Group Size: For group tours, if the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and provide a full refund of monies paid.
- Responsibilities & Liability
- Agency Role: We act solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and transport providers) and shall not be liable for their acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for:
- For overseas travel, holding a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the return date and obtaining all necessary visas
- Providing accurate and complete personal details for all participants at the time of booking
- Ensuring they are medically and physically fit to travel and disclosing any conditions requiring special attention
- Complying with all applicable local laws, regulations, and acceptable conduct standards
We reserve the right to remove any client whose behaviour disrupts or endangers others, without any refund.
- Travel Insurance (Mandatory): All clients are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, and baggage. We shall not be liable for losses arising from insufficient or absent insurance coverage.
- Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total tour cost paid. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- General Conditions
- Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused services (including accommodation, meals, transport, or activities) due to early departure, late arrival, or personal reasons.
- Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately to the local representative or tour operator for prompt resolution.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
- Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
- Clients acknowledge that certain activities (including snorkeling, diving, hiking, cruises, and island hopping) involve inherent risks.
- Participation in such activities is voluntary, and clients agree to assume personal responsibility.
- We shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or death arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Special Requests
- Special requests (such as dietary requirements, bedding preferences, or seat requests) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- No compensation shall be provided if such special requests cannot be fulfilled.
