Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Leisure
Day 1 focuses on arrival and team bonding. After arranging your own ferry transfer from Tanjung Gemok or Mersing Jetty, your group will arrive at the resort and check in from 2:00 PM. The afternoon is dedicated to a structured Telematch session featuring 5 exciting games, designed to foster collaboration, communication, and fun among team members. The day concludes with a group dinner at 7:00 PM, setting a positive tone for the retreat.

Day 2: Snorkeling Trip & Leisure
Day 2 brings a shared island adventure. Following a hearty breakfast at 7:00 AM, your team will embark on a complimentary guided snorkeling trip at 8:30 AM, with all equipment provided, to discover Tioman’s vibrant underwater world together. After a satisfying lunch at 12:30 PM, the rest of the day is free for your group to enjoy the resort’s amenities, relax on the beach, or continue informal bonding. The evening features a memorable BBQ dinner at 7:00 PM, perfect for sharing stories and strengthening connections.
