Day 1: Arrival & Leisure
- 10:30 AM – Pick up from Tawau Airport to Semporna Jetty
- 12:00 PM – Boat transfer to Mataking Reef Resort
- Arrival at Mataking Reef Resort
- 1:00 PM – Lunch
- 2:00 PM – Check in
- Free & Easy or Resort Exploration & Relaxation: Unwind by the beach, take a stroll through the resort, and soak in the beautiful scenery
- 6:00 PM – Dinner

Day 2: Leisure
- 7:00 AM – Breakfast
- Leisure Time with Optional Activities: Go snorkeling or scuba diving at your own pace (additional cost applies)

- Subject to a 5% peak season surcharge on the tour package rate as below:

- Rooms must be occupied by a minimum of 2 paying adults and are based on twin, triple, or quadruple sharing
- For Malaysian – single supplement: a 50% surcharge applies for single occupancy
- For Non Malaysian – single supplement: a 30% surcharge applies for single occupancy
- Group offer: 1 adult stays free for every 10 paying adults

- Itinerary and package content are subject to last-minute changes due to weather or operational issues.
- Activities provided on a complimentary basis are non-refundable if cancelled due to weather or operational issues.
- All photos are for reference only; actual room/unit design or setup may vary.
- All rooms at Mataking Reef Resort are Run of House (ROH). Specific room selection is not available.
- Pregnant guests must sign a Pregnancy Affirmation & Liability Release Form with official doctor’s letter.
- Pregnant women over 7 months / 28 weeks cannot book.
- Child policy:
- Child 3 – 12 years (based on year of birth) – child rate applies
- Infant 0 – 2 years (based on year of birth) – free of charge
- Boat transfer schedule:
- Semporna Jetty to Resort: 9:30 AM / 12:00 PM / 3:30 PM (without lunch)
- Resort to Semporna Jetty: 11:00 AM / 2:00 PM
